Whenever I have an issue with my car or repeat problem, you try to attend to it quickly and efficiently. I like that he keeps me up-to-date on anything that's going on with the car.

All got done as requested. Found out that even though I made an appointment and leaving my car instead of waiting, I get bumped from the schedule. I felt I could get more done at my office for the 1 1.2 hrs instead of sitting in a waiting room. Not happy about this policy.

As soon as I walked in, John greeted me by name, excellent customer service. No high pressure pitch for additional services.

Service department is on a downward slide. Repair requested was completed but other parts were cosmetically damaged in the process and other systems inoperative after initial repair. Made complaint and left vehicle for dealer to rectify. Was notified vehicle was complete for a second time. The cosmetic repairs were outsourced and done horribly making the damage more noticeable. Parts were also now broken and figment was poor. Complaint made and the service advisor argued over his misspoken words. Requested to speak with a manager and never was contacted. Vehicle left for a 3 opportunity to repair and was left in the dark for days about the status or next steps. I had to call and request an update. Repair completed successfully on the 3rd attempt.

First issue was getting the appointment the second was a sign saying southern was not responsible for damage or theft to my vehicle while in their possession third it took over two hours for an inspection and oil change I had an appointment for at 10:00 AM and it was 12:30 pm when it was done.

Alway great service and everyone is pretty welcoming. The free Starbucks coffee is a really nice touch as well.

In my opinion this dealership SUCKS and I don't want any more dealings with them

The only thing I had a problem with was the 3% charge for using my credit card. I didn't know this until after the card was run. John explained that it could be taken off and I could use a debit card instead. Had I known this ahead of time, I could have been prepared. I have never before been charged a fee for using my credit card. This was my first visit since the dealership taken over by Southern.
