Our Reviews
Since the change from Priority to Southern there's been some changes so far I haven't had anything major happen. I am concerned when I got my oil changed done prior to this service there was a message on my paperwork stating that if I didn't get all recommended maintenance performed at that dealership that I could lose that. That is not what's in my contract when I signed it just stated that I had to get the oil changes in state inspection done at that dealership. So we'll see how it goes
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Professional and explained what was going on with my tire. All around a good experience.
I told John what I needed done to my blazer he took care of it, and he kept advised to what was going on with my car
Great customer service and very helpful Great customer service and very helpful. I like that you get to see the updates/video proof of your vehicle being serviced
My truck was returned to me with a CEL it did not have when I delivered it. Was told Service manager would call me and that still has not happened at this time. And now I have new rules to get me oil changes and perks I had when I bought my truck but why trust them with it if I am going to be lied to and told the check engine light was on when we got it. Then I am pretty sure I got charged twice for shop supplies due to how they small print things in the receipt. Rating of John is not him just part of the overall. He had little to say except that his tech said the light was already on but he was not aware until I told him. And the video that was sent asking me to approve more work did not mention it. And the service ticket does not mention it.
John is always calm and knowledgeable. He is professional but at the same time friendly and caring. I feel he wants to make sure my car is okay. I appreciate him.
Very professional with the video by letting me know what's going on with my vehicle.
Very knowledgeable group. They were able to diagnose the issue I was having with my Chevy blazer, which they found to be a non-issue.
Dealership seems to be good and everything went well with my oil change with the exception of not being informed that my vehicle was completed, I called and inquired about the status of my vehicle at which point I was told that I was informed that it was completed earlier when In fact I had not been informed. it was not a big deal as I was not in a rush to get it, but I was not pleased that I was told I was informed when I wasn’t.
I was very disappointed with my experience. My vehicle failed its safety inspection because of a headlight issue that your dealership said it couldn't repair. I was then forced to take my vehicle to another dealership, where the issue was diagnosed and repaired without any problem. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted my time, and made me question the level of expertise in your service department. I expect a dealership to be capable of handling common repairs or, at the very least, provide a reasonable solution instead of sending customers elsewhere. Your dealership needs to invest in better-trained technicians and improve the overall quality of its service. To make matters worse, my vehicle was returned with the interior dirtied from the inspection process, showing a lack of care and professionalism. Overall, this experience fell far below my expectations, and I have little confidence in returning for future service.
Had appointment at 7:30 am car not ready till 5:45 pm told at 10:00 am they were working on it. This was for oil change tire rotation and inspection
It was quick and convenient Professional, Tanisha communicated with me every step of the way
The service advisors and writers Tanisha and John are excellent at what they do... they make sure things are run right
I spent 3,200 to get my truck out the shop and only having the vehicle for 1 hour after picking up I have had the same issues that initially caused me to bring to dealership! Nobody test drove the vehicle most likely jumped the vehicle prior to me picking it up ( John) from service . Now vehicle won't start please help!!
They did a good job at a reasonable time and they were very nice. He was also helpful concerning my questions.
